I am dedicated to helping my clients resolve their issues in life to help them live to their full potential. I counsel clients to help them in understanding and overcoming personal, social, and behavioral problems. I work with adults, adolescents, and young children.
I have training/ experience in Trauma, PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar, Substance Use, Schizophrenia, and Life Purpose issues. I have training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma focused Therapy. Through this process, we get to the foundation of the negative core cognitions and beliefs, and work with the positive cognitions and resolutions
