Our work in couples therapy is not about assigning blame, but in understanding root cause and in creating solutions that make you feel connected to your partner again.

I work with relationship challenges like disconnection, betrayal, and life transitions. I help couples to reconnect, rebuild trust, and create a deeper relationship using researched methods like Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method.

It’s natural to feel uncertain about starting therapy. I start with a consult and we can determine if I therapy would be appropriate and if we are a good fit. The most important step is to begin now, most couples wait until there is no chance for repair before they seek help.
