Through a compassionate, trauma-informed approach grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
I support adults and teens in developing self-awareness, emotional acceptance, and more authentic relationships with themselves and with the people they love. Therapy with me isn’t about fixing what’s “wrong,” but about understanding your inner world and learning how to relate to yourself with more kindness and clarity.
