Hello, I'm Monica. I received my master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Colorado in 2012. My journey to becoming a therapist began as an elementary school teacher, which eventually led me to various social support positions and finally to counseling. Over the years, I've had the privilege of working with families navigating major transitions and parenting challenges, and I've supported individuals through crisis response, dealing with traumatic and unimaginable events.
With extensive experience in psychotherapy and neurofeedback, I've worked with individuals of all ages and backgrounds, particularly survivors of interpersonal violence, understanding the complexities of these relationships.
I specialize in helping clients with trauma, relationship conflict, parenting challenges, anxiety, depression, spirituality
