Are you ready for change? If you’re reading this, you’ve already gotten started. I provide individual therapy, family therapy and parent consults for children as you as age 6, teens and adults. You can come into my office and/or have therapy online in your own home or any other private space of your choice. Whether you are struggling with a new problem, or if you have been dealing with the same challenges or mental health concerns for years, it’s never too late to change. I provide tools and techniques to reduce anxiety, anger, OCD, and ADHD symptoms to make life a more enjoyable experience.

I specialize in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) which means taking a closer look at how our thoughts affect how we feel and what we do. Children and teens act out due to difficulty expressing themselves verbally. Adults who are able to express their problems may still struggle with how to change them. Together, we'll find the source and the solutions.

I am currently accepting new clients for therapy in my office and/or online. Prior to entering private practice, I worked in public schools, inpatient and outpatient treatment facilities, and community mental health centers.
