About
Change can be hard. If you or the children and teens in your life are anxious, depressed, angry, or just having a hard time dealing with life's changes, I can help. I provide therapy for children, adolescents and adults. I have extensive training and experience in helping families with children who have challenging behaviors. We will work together face to face in my office and/or online through whatever device you choose anywhere in the state of Florida. I provide tools and techniques for adults and children to make life a more enjoyable experience.
I specialize in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) which means taking a closer look at how our thoughts affect how we feel and behave. Children and teens act out due to difficulty expressing themselves verbally. Adults who are able to express their problems still struggle with how to change them. Together, we'll find the source and the solutions.
I am currently accepting new clients for therapy in my office and/or online. Prior to entering private practice, I worked in public schools, inpatient and outpatient treatment facilities, and community mental health centers. If you're not sure if therapy is right for you, contact me for a free consult.
