Life presents us with many different challenges and stressors that make it difficult to manage our daily living. People may experience various traumas that impact their goals, relationships, mindsets, worries, fears and negative beliefs about themselves. I believe in helping others restore their balance in life and giving them space to heal.
I take a client-centered and strength based approach, while tailoring to each person’s individual needs. Some of the main modalities I utilize are Eye-Movement Desensitization Reprocessing therapy (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral therapy (DBT) and Schema therapy.
My goal is to create a safe and comfortable environment to allow others the ability to be vulnerable and achieve their goals and desires. I believe it is important to have a therapeutic connection with your therapist to be able to restore the balance in your life and to be given the space to heal, and I intend to create this opportunity for you.
