The curriculum used for this group is Transforming Fellowship which focuses on relational brain skills building. The concept is that we work on the following together: Five to Thrive: 1. A place to belong 2. To both receive and give life 3. The capacity to recover from malfunctions 4. Maturation 5. To stay true to their identities. As we focus on these things, the idea is to take the skills we learn together into our families and communities outside of the group strengthening the society with higher level relational skills and ability to transmit joy and connection naturally and effortlessly.

Women's Emotional Healing Group
The curriculum used for this group is from the Life Model. We utilize this neurotheology approach to build joyful and life giving connection with one another and reflect healthy and accurate identity to each member. Personal life experiences are shared intermittently as group members feel strong enough to lean on one another for support which moves them into deeper freedom and recovery. The idea is for members to utilize the group to find a place of connection and safety so that they can find their true identity.
