Do you live with emotional trauma, physical trauma, chronic illness or chronic pain? Are you tired of feeling like your life is out of control?
I understand how difficult it can be to live with emotional trauma, physical trauma, chronic illness and chronic pain. Life is not happening the way that you planned. You may be frozen in physical and emotional pain. The pain is not gone even when there is no evidence that it should still be there and you worry how you will show up in your own life if the pain lasts forever. Maybe you can't stop thinking about the thing that happened, no matter how hard you try.
If any of this hits home, then we may be a good fit for each other. I am a therapist that helps people who live with these issues. My therapeutic approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). EMDR therapy helps people to recover from distressing life events.
You deserve to live a good life and don’t have to feel this way anymore. My therapy sessions are designed to hold space for us to work together as a team as you develop skills that will empower you on your journey towards peace. Reach out to me now to discuss how I can support you in living a life that you both want and deserve.
