Most of my clients are women and people within the BIPOC community. We focus on resilience and embodiment. I can help you feel strong, healthy, and in charge of your life. In our therapy sessions we will use somatic techniques, and integrative modalities from Curanderismo for your healing. Integrative psychotherapy is a style of counseling that is fantastic for the client looking for something comprehensive and out of the box from regular talk therapy. I look at the whole person, nutrition, nervous system and lifestyle. I enjoy customizing your therapy sessions by setting intentions towards your stage of life, identity, healing process.
We live in a complex world with a difficult economy and stressors that our parents generation didn't have to deal with. Therapy helps us unpack these stressors and get back in the flow of life.
