As an integrative therapist, I take a collaborative approach. I don’t see myself as someone who “fixes” you, but rather as someone who walks alongside you, supporting you as you move toward your goals. We'll work together to identify patterns that may no longer serve you and develop healthier ways of coping, communicating, and navigating life’s challenges.
For clients who desire it, I also offer Christian counseling and can thoughtfully integrate faith into our sessions. This is always led by your comfort level and personal preferences, whether that means incorporating faith-based coping skills, processing religious trauma, or simply exploring how your faith connects to your healing journey.
