I hope for you to feel validated in the challenges you're experiencing through curiosity and warmth. I tend to bring patterns to awareness and normalize the human experience. We could expect to laugh together at some point, as well. I am a person with a patient and warm demeanor who works hard to say the quiet out loud safely and truthfully.
I have experience working with a wide variety of populations, including college students/emerging adults, those in transition from separation/divorce, children, adolescents, and their parents, including children who have experienced trauma.
Curiosity has led me on a path toward being a therapist. I am a mom of three children who brought us to the Montessori classroom. With the beginnings of learning about child development, I felt drawn to understanding more about the human experience. With each client I work with, I continue to learn more and more about myself.
