I'm a clinical psychologist with a private practice in Norwich, Vermont. I work with individuals aged 18 years and older. I am skilled in working with a variety of behavioral health issues including depression, challenging relationships, sexuality, professional and athletic performance, obsessions, compulsions and coping with acute or chronic health problems. I have specialized training in treating posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), anxiety and stress. I strive to provide a warm, safe and collaborative relationship.
I provide therapy that integrates psychodynamic, sensorimotor and mindfulness approaches and is informed by recent developments in neuroscience, affect regulation and attachment theory. Through a combination of these evidence-based therapies, I can help you achieve your goals. Please feel free to contact me for a consultation (free of charge).
My education includes undergraduate work at Brown and Oregon State Universities, doctoral training at the University of Vermont, and pre-doctoral and post-doctoral training at Dartmouth Medical School and the National Center for PTSD.
