I work primarily with adult women (18+) in Texas, Kansas, and Florida who may be feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, stuck in unhealthy relationship patterns, or struggling with anxiety, stress, self-worth, burnout, or major life transitions. Many clients come to therapy feeling emotionally drained, disconnected from themselves, or unsure of how to move forward. Through a supportive and collaborative approach, I help clients better understand patterns that may be keeping them seeing the same results.
My approach is goal-oriented, compassionate, and tailored to each client’s needs. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients identify unhelpful thought patterns, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.
