I am a therapist at Arc Counseling and Wellness located in the Claremont Village. I believe that therapy is a unique journey and I feel privileged to take part in this process. A good relationship with your therapist is essential and I work very hard to promote an environment of trust and openness with my clients. My training and experiences have made me comfortable in working with a number of mental health needs. Most importantly, I encourage self-reflection in my clients and work closely with each individual to help them find their inner strength on their path towards change.
I provide individual and group therapy for a wide range of mental health issues. Areas of specialty include anxiety disorders, mood disorders, postpartum issues, grief/loss, autism spectrum, caregiver issues, trauma, adjustment, self-esteem, relationship/interpersonal issues, and adjustment to life transitions.
Our practice has multiple providers which allows family members and couples to be seen in a cohesive way when appropriate. I would be happy to work in conjunction with other providers to aid in continuity of care. Some same day appointments are available.
