I have over 20 years in the mental health field & offer traditional therapy for both youth and adults, families, couples and groups, as well as specialized equine-assisted therapy/coaching as a licensed Equine Gestaltist & Facilitator.
I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced traumatic life experiences. I have a strong, personal desire to support the healing journey of children/adolescents, first responders and their families, and fellow healthcare professionals/healers who may be struggling with complex stress, anxiety, depression, and secondary traumatic responses.
