My ultimate goal with each client is to enhance self-awareness and empower each individual.
I do this through integrating biblical truths and proven psychological tools. I understand that sometimes, we all need assistance in making changes in our lives and I am glad to be here to help you do that. My goal is to create a safe space for you to explore your life. I am a retired first responder and I work with adults, teens and first responders.
