I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 10 years of experience, passionate about helping individuals and couples navigate life’s challenges and create meaningful change. I specialize in supporting clients who are working through anxiety, ADHD, addictions, grief and loss, trauma and PTSD, and LGBTQIA+ concerns. My goal is to provide a safe and compassionate space where clients can process, heal, and build resilience through a supportive therapeutic relationship.
I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Walden University. I incorporate cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing techniques to equip my clients with the skills and strategies they need for lasting growth. I work collaboratively to identify goals and tailor each session to the client’s unique needs and pace.
I believe therapy is a shared journey where clients are encouraged to explore their thoughts and emotions freely. My strengths-based, person-centered approach focuses on empowerment, self-acceptance, and developing healthier patterns of connection.
