I provide therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 5-25). I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy into my practice to treat anxiety and depression, address relationship challenges and behavioral concerns, and strengthen emotional regulation skills.
