Typically, I take a psychodynamic approach -- looking at unconscious conflicts, interpersonal dynamics, and defense mechanisms -- however I am also trained and experienced in a variety of therapies including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
