Making the decision to come to therapy can often be difficult. I strive to create a comfortable and supportive atmosphere to help foster change and overcome challenges. Utilizing a strength based approach, I draw from various modalities, including person centered, brainspotting, cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness, to best meet the needs of each individual, couple or family. The goal of therapy is to support you on your healing process while improving the quality of your life and emotional well-being.
I have specialized training in Maternal Mental Health (Postpartum depression and anxiety, perinatal loss & grief) and working with clients who have experienced sexual trauma, PTSD, depression and anxiety. Throughout my training I have worked in inpatient and outpatient settings providing individual, family and group therapy to children, teens and adults.
To make my services more available baby in arms are welcomed for postpartum clients. I also have weekend and evening telehealth sessions available.
