Welcome to my profile! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Southern California and have been practicing for more than 25 years. I have worked with a variety of individuals ranging from children to older adults. I mostly enjoy working with adults and older adults who are interested and motivated to work on their depression and anxiety.
I use an integrative approach in which I blend different but complimentary modalities in order to work with my clients in the most effective way. This approach allows the therapy to be tailored to the individual needs and styles of each client.
I will meet where the client and move at the pace they want and need. If the client needs to share, I can provide a listening ear. If the client needs a more direct approach, then I can provide that too.
