I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who has been working professionally in the field for the past 11 years. I am trained in Motivational Interviewing, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). These specialties and my years of experience, could offer an avenue to explore your goals and help you on your journey to living the life that you desire and deserve. I have experience working with a wide range of ages and in different stages of life, with an emphasis on helping those who have experienced trauma, abuse and neglect, and low self-esteem.
Teenagers and young adults have been the focus of my work for many years now. I believe in supporting my clients, especially teenagers, so that they feel seen, heard and believed.
