These can bring us into a valley of barely being able to function; mind distracted, body exhausted, restless, and/or isolated. These may bring up old, familiar feelings that show it's time to make room for new healing.
Using a collaborative, compassionate, and client-led approach, I enjoy working with clients to increase curiosity, learn to accept grace, and direct positive change. I specialize in partner betrayal, loss and trauma processing, anxiety, depression, spiritual formation and strengthening relationships. I use attachment theories, IFS, CBT and EMDR tools.
