Hi there, I'm Monica! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a background in psychology. I work with teens and adults struggling with anxiety, perfectionism, and relationship issues. I can help guide you in strengthening your relationships and using your emotions and intuition as your compass. Because so much of my work is centered around building secure relationships, it’s important that we identify and practice communication strategies together!
I have a gentle, honest, and open-minded communication style. I emphasize the importance of using intuition to guide us both on where we need to go, so I encourage you to be unfiltered and move with your stream of consciousness. I will elicit your feedback periodically, and I will call attention to what I notice happening at the moment.
I can’t help myself but want to have a deep conversation with everyone I meet; surface-level conversation just doesn’t cut it for me! I find deep meaning in being a witness to someone’s life.
