I am very passionate about working with children, adolescents, and adults who are questioning/embracing their gender and/or sexuality. If you are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, open/nonmonogamous relationships, suicidality, or a range of other issues, I would love to work with you. I want clients to feel autonomous and in control of their own therapy. I believe that the client is the expert on themselves and my job is to learn about them from them, while contributing with my own skillset.
My primary specialty is working with LGBTQIA+ children, adolescents, and adults. I have been trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). My approach is warm, empathetic, humanistic, and non-judgmental. I seek to empower clients to be the best version of themselves that they can be.
