I specialize in helping parents manage child’s ADHD/neurodivergence through practical strategies and emotional support. I assist individuals with ADHD address challenges like emotional regulation, relationship difficulties, and hypersexuality. My approach is trauma-informed, person-centered, and culturally competent, providing a safe, non-judgmental space.
