About
Navigating life in this generation is challenging for most people. Social media, societal views, pressure from family and friends; all things that have the possibility to break down our self-esteem and cause us to disconnect with our authentic self. My goal as a therapist is to assist my clients with identifying their perceived flaws and reframing their thoughts to recognize that these “flaws” can actually allow us to embrace all of our biggest strengths, and increase self-esteem. I support clients with re-connecting with their authentic self so that they can feel better in their skin.
As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, I specialize in assisting the individual client to improve their mental health and daily functioning. My License of Educational Psychology also provides me with an education lens; allowing me to assist clients with challenges relating to education and career that may have an impact on self-esteem.
If you would like to develop a strong sense of self, flaws and all, contact me so that we can discuss how you can re-connect with your authentic self, improve your self-esteem, and improve your daily functioning.
