My interpersonal style is compassionate, non-judgmental, and respectful. I am trained in EMDR therapy which has been used successfully to treat trauma. I also utilize a variety of theoretical approaches including Cognitive Behavioral, Mindfulness, and humanistic, in order to develop a treatment plan that is unique to each individual.
I have worked with clients of all ages, and backgrounds. I have found that meeting a person where they are and sharing the human experience is healing and effective.
