I have provided counseling to clients coping with a range of concerns, both physical and mental. I have experience working with clients with anxiety, professional burnout, stress management, self-esteem, career counseling, couples counseling, and marriage and families issues.
My passion is to help people who are experiencing life challenges at work, home, or socially. I love to help people recognize their circle of control, find their coping skills, and increase their self-compassion. Off the couch, I have a passion for supervision and educating counselors in the field.
