I draw from EMDR, DBT, CBT, art therapy, hypnotherapy, Reiki and Integrated Digital Therapy (IDT), which I created to support digital wellness. Women, Addiction and Recovery Group
Through the use of education, experiential exercises and process techniques this group focuses on providing an environment to those interested in understanding more about to 'being in recovery' from substance abuse/addiction, and codependency. Objectives: 1. Learn about substance abuse, addiction and codependency. 2. Increase self-awareness. 3. Learn options for healthy growth and change. 4. Identify community resources that can assist in recovery. 5. Develop an understanding of the process of recovery. 6. Learn how co-dependency impacts quality of life in recovery. 7. Learn ways to prevent relapse. 8. Identify codependent behaviors and learn how to set boundaries.
