I am currently accepting new telehealth clients! It is easy to feel overwhelmed, singled out and isolated by today’s climate, and sometimes just going about daily life can feel like a struggle. Sometimes, feeling on the “outside” of certain communities can be a reflection of the world, and not actually of you and your identity. I am here to really hear you so that you can just exist, without having to explain aspects of your identity, or having to harbor your trauma anymore for fear of being misunderstood. My goal is to create a comfortable space for you to embolden your own skills for your own journey toward healing.
I have an eclectic approach to therapy, which includes trauma modalities. Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic techniques, Cognitive and Dialectal Behavior Therapies (CBT and DBT), Ketamine Therapy. I work mostly with LGBTQIA2S+ populations, as well as BIPOC identifying folks, sex workers, people in non-monogamous relationships.
My approach is talk and Ketamine therapy through a radical and intersectional lens. Please read through my profile and see my areas of interests and specializations. I am here for your support if anything on this page resonates with you, and also if it does not! I have a wide range of experience and therapeutic tools. Let us grow through what we go through.
