Even the most self-aware and capable people can find themselves disconnected—stuck in cycles of anxiety, relational dynamics, or patterns they understand intellectually but can't seem to shift—ultimately caught between who they've been and who they want to become. My work helps clients bridge the gap between insight and lived experience. As an integrative psychotherapist, I blend neuroscience, attachment theory, and nervous system regulation to support change across both mind and body. I draw from Somatic Experiencing, IFS, EMDR, ERP and mindfulness-based approaches, incorporating each modality in a highly personalized way.
When integrated, these approaches support clients in better understanding established patterns, attuning to their body's signals, and developing new ways of responding to themselves and the world around them. I believe we all possess an inherent capacity for healing & growth, and my role is to help cultivate the conditions that allow that process to unfold.
Above all, I strive to foster therapeutic relationships grounded in authenticity, curiosity, and depth—welcoming all aspects of my clients' experiences and empowering them to take an active role in treatment. Together, we'll address core issues, develop tools for lasting change, and move beyond survival patterning toward a life of greater alignment.
