My style is relaxed, intuitive, and I meet you where you're at to help you reclaim your life.
My practice is committed to providing individualized, comprehensive care to my clients, and meeting them where they're at. There is no "one size fits all" approach; instead, I strive to deeply understand and connect with each individual in order to meet their specific needs. I offer regular outpatient therapy and a weekly DBT skills group.
