Hello and thank you for reading my profile. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). I use a systemic approach to emphasize factors such as relationships and communication patterns.

I have training in a systemic approach, couples and family, cognitive behavioral and a solution focused orientation. I have completed the Level 3 Gottman method training. This method is based on research that works in couples therapy. Some services provided:

· Anxiety/Depression Counseling
As an LMFT I see couples, families, individuals, children and adolescents. I provide parent education, and small groups such as anger management and anxiety. I am a clinical fellow of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists, and the Past President of the Florida Association of Marriage and Family Therapists.
