My priority is to create a supportive, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where individuals feel safe to be themselves. I hope to build upon the pre-existing strengths individuals inherently have, promoting hope and resilience as they overcome various challenges. I have a strong background working with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds, specializing in anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, ADHD, problematic sexual behavior, family conflict, disruptive behaviors, and anger.
I have training and experience with the following treatment modalities:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness Practices, and Interpersonal Skills
