I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) licensed psychotherapist in Illinois and California. I have experience helping clients with stress, anxiety, trauma, narcissistic abuse, post-partum depression, domestic violence, immigration issues, suicidal thoughts, teenage self-harm, coping with grief and loss, and parenting issues. I am also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), which is a highly effective treatment for trauma and PTSD. EMDR helps the brain process and release traumatic memories, allowing clients to heal in a deeper and more lasting way.
