I am a licensed independent social worker and usually use cognitive behavioral therapy with clients. I help clients to be intentional in the ways that they think and act. I want to help clients live their lives to the fullest. Life isn't easy but I want to help them think and act in a way that leads them to freedom from cognitive distortions and lies. I strive to create a calm environment for clients to feel safe with me. I am a Christian and look at the world from a Christian worldview. However, I also counsel those who report atheism.

I specialize in anxiety, depression, grief, trauma and have training in helping those in the military and their families.
