I take the "come as you are" attitude when it comes to therapy. Utilizing a Rogerian approach, I try to meet every client where they are in life. If you're looking for a therapist who is client-centered, honest and diligent then look no further. I also place a special emphasis on equity and social justice within my practice. It's important that my clients don't internalize systemic failures as personal failings.
I specialize in working with clients ages 18 and up. My ideal client brings all their worries, stress and intrusive thoughts to session so we can piece them apart and gain a better understanding of patterns and behaviors that can be improved.
