I specialize in working with women with ADHD. This work looks like following the Women-Centered AHDH Treatment approach, utilizing pillars of care that are attuned to the unique experience that is being a neurodivergent woman. We focus on the impact of hormones on executive functioning & how women can be empowered to show up in life feeling in control.
