Hi, I’m Angelina Monell, LMHC & LCPC. I work with adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or at a turning point and want clear next steps — not just insight, but practical change. I provide telehealth therapy in Illinois and New York. My clients are reflective and motivated to actively engage in the process.
