Whether as an adult in individual therapy or as a child in play therapy—this is a step toward healing, self-understanding, reflection, and growth. I have 9 years of experience working with clients of all ages managing; stress, anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief/loss, trauma, autism, adjustment difficulties, relationship conflicts, and self-identity.
I am an empathetic and genuine clinician and create a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment to ensure my clients feel comfortable and brave. Building a therapeutic relationship is very important to me, and that will be our first step in starting our work together. I help children and adults manage challenges, build confidence and foster personal growth.
