Our ideal clients are children, teens, adults, couples, and families who feel overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or ready for deeper healing. Many come to us navigating trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, relationship stress, life transitions, behavioral concerns, or patterns that no longer serve them. At Monarch Counseling & Wellness, our team offers compassionate, specialized therapy to help clients feel understood, build practical coping tools, process painful experiences, and move toward greater clarity, connection, and emotional wellness.
Our Team
I work with individuals who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected, often due to trauma, grief, anxiety, eating disorders, infertility, postpartum concerns, identity stress, or major life transitions. Many clients come to therapy ready for deeper healing, not just coping. Using EMDR, IFS-informed therapy, CBT, CPT, ERP, and DBT, I help clients process painful experiences, build practical tools, reconnect with themselves, and move forward with more clarity, confidence, and self-compassion.

“Ahh, nothing hurts as much as life.”
Life is hard. And for a lot of people, sticking around usually means forfeiting tranquility to open yourself up to whatever new and improved miseries the Universe has on offer. So, if you’re here, you’ve got problems to solve. And I like to solve problems. My hope is that we can work together to figure out a way to get you to the next phase of life or make preferred functional changes to your emotional and psychological landscape.
