I work collaboratively to cultivate assertiveness, acceptance, emotional catharsis and the capacity to release harmful patterns. My approach is unique to each client, integrating mind–body, depth-oriented therapies, such as Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP), EMDR, Brainspotting, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Psychodynamic Therapy.
