I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker practicing in VA and DC. I am dedicated to create a safe, caring space where you feel heard and supported. We work together to explore and identify emotional barriers that keep you from feeling and living your best, develop more helpful patterns of thoughts and behavior, improve mood, and reduce overall anxiety. I specialize in treating adult individuals with relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, identity and self-acceptance issues. I'm trained in a number of different modalities and select interventions based on your unique needs and what will help you the most in every session. My style is warm and interactive.
