I work with adult clients to identify what works in their lives, and what contributes to their challenges. Through counseling, you can learn healthier, more adaptive ways of thinking, coping, and relating to others. You can develop resiliency and the confidence that you absolutely have what it takes to change what matters most to you, and you can explore the possibilities of what your life can become.
My approach is collaborative, with a focus on helping clients discover existing strengths that can help them grow, change, heal, and thrive. My goal is to help you resolve your unique issues and succeed in living the life you hope for, in an atmosphere of compassion, empathy, and hope.
I work with young adults, mid-life clients, baby boomers, and seniors, and welcome the opportunity to work with you. Feel free to contact me Tuesday through Friday, from 9am - 6pm to discuss your counseling needs and to schedule an appointment. I currently accept new clients, including Medicare clients, for in-person appointments only.
