Groups
MENA and South Asian Women's Group
This group is for women ages 18-35 who identify as MENA (Middle Eastern/North African) or South Asian. It’s open to people of all sexual orientations and women that are cisgender, transgender, and femme/feminine-identifying genderqueer and non-binary individuals. The group offers a space to build relationships and heal from depression and anxiety that is tied to identity, culture, racism/discrimination, and/or family/intergenerational conflict. Members will connect with others who relate to their experiences, learn ways to manage depression and anxiety, and work on showing up as their full selves, confidently and unapologetically.
