I enjoy collaborating with clients on deepening their self-awareness, identifying core wounds, and building healthy coping tools to promote wellbeing and a values-aligned life.
I have been practicing therapy since 2011 and my love for mentoring and education led me to supervise new therapists in 2017 and sit on the Clinical Review Board at Violet Health. Additionally, I provide workplace wellness advising and trainings through the Rise Journey, an HR firm.
