Gottman Seven Principles of Marriage
This program is based on the book Seven Principles for Making Marriage/Relationship Work, by John M. Gottman Ph.D. and Nan Silver, the definitive guide for anyone who wants their relationship to attain its highest potential. If your relationship is conflicted or distressed, this workshop will teach the road map you need for repairs. Couples will come away from the weekend with a binder full of rich resources and some profound experiences that can absolutely change their relationships for the better. As a trained facilitator of Gottman's Seven Principles Program, I have expanded this workshop to support all committed relationships, not only marriages.
Gottman Bringing Baby Home
The Bringing Baby HomeTM (BBH) is a research based and research tested program developed by Dr. Julie Schwartz Gottman and Dr. John Gottman, one of the world's leading research scientists on marriage, relationships and families. This is a program for new parents experiencing the transition to parenthood. BBH teaches couples how to strengthen their friendship, increase intimacy and regulate conflict. In addition couples learn about child development, learn how to co-parent with their partner, and discover ways to keep both parents involved.
