About

As a Bilingual (Spanish) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy in Indiana, I am passionate about helping clients move towards a greater emotional well-being. I provide a warm environment where clients are able to feel safe to express themselves and tell their story. I have worked with individuals for 10 years and have helped many clients realize that life is all about growth and change, which isn't always easy or comfortable. I have extensive experience helping clients who are dealing with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, phase of life transitions, stress (finances, work or home life), grief and loss, family conflict, ADD, etc..
I specialize in working with couples (spouse, partner, or parent) and familial relationships, veterans, adjustment to separation, divorce, transitioning to step-family life, co-parenting, bringing a new baby home, etc.. Furthermore, have extensive experience in helping with childhood trauma (sexual, emotional, physical abuse, emotional disturbances).

Momentum Couples and Family Therapy, LLC.'s Groups

Gottman Seven Principles of Marriage

This program is based on the book Seven Principles for Making Marriage/Relationship Work, by John M. Gottman Ph.D. and Nan Silver, the definitive guide for anyone who wants their relationship to attain its highest potential. If your relationship is conflicted or distressed, this workshop will teach the road map you need for repairs. Couples will come away from the weekend with a binder full of rich resources and some profound experiences that can absolutely change their relationships for the better. As a trained facilitator of Gottman's Seven Principles Program, I have expanded this workshop to support all committed relationships, not only marriages.
