Momentum Counseling we give you quick, safe, and reliable access to individual, couples, and family counseling. These services are provided to help overcome challenges and solve problems related to life, relationships, and careers. We also offer medication management. During your medication management appointment, your practitioner will review the benefits and/or side effects of the potential medications and make adjustments as required.
We have three therapists that have experience using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectic behavioral therapy (DBT), Acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) as well as solution-focused therapy to help clients create insight into some of the problematic symptoms that have disrupted their daily lives.
