Life can be hard. But you don't have to do it alone. It's okay to feel difficult emotions. Sometimes it can be helpful to share those things with another person in a judgement free place. I will provide a safe, open, and trusting enviornemnt so you feel welcomed and encouraged to be yourself. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, or other challenging feelings, we can work together to help you process and learn skills to allow you the opportunity to be fulfilled in your life.
To provide the best services I can for each individual client, I pull from a variety of therapeutic modalities, including CBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered and Play-Therapy. I work with children (8+), teens, and young adults. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief and trauma.
My job is helping you create the life and experiences you want to have and learn the tools to help handle any roadblocks that may arise. If you would like to take the first step in creating a bright tomorrow, please reach out today. I look forward to working with you.
