My style of therapy is very relational and person centered. I consider my role to be that of a collaborator with you as we work toward your goals together. I firmly believe that you are the expert in your own life, you are merely inviting me into your story and allowing me to join you on your journey toward whatever it is that you are seeking to better your life and your relationships.
I work with adults, couples, and families. I have been trained in Emotion Focused Couples Therapy and am Level 2 Gottman Therapy trained. I have also been trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Sandtray Therapy.
I am passionate about helping you live authentically and purposefully; life is meant to be so much more than merely survived. Life can be really hard, we can lose sight of the beauty and the good, and sometimes we need someone to walk alongside of us to remind us of the truth of what life should be and could be.
